Hope Adoption Agency, a licensed, non-profit child adoption agency, and Children of Africa, are both tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations to the Agency are tax deductible under section 170 of the Code.  Children of Africa is dedicated to the idea of bringing together couples or individuals seeking to build their families with foreign-born infants or children who are in need of loving homes. The children we identify for adoption have been irrevocably released by their parents or other relatives due to death or abandonment. These youngsters are orphans according to U.S. and international legal definitions. Children Of Africa will also open the Faith Children's Home in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to provide further services for Ethiopian Children without parents.
